Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Second Look™ ("the Service"), operated by MojoBlu LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Second Look Is

Second Look is an AI-powered analysis tool. You submit sales pages, marketing copy, or URLs, and the Service generates an analysis identifying persuasion tactics, pressure techniques, and marketing patterns in that content.

It is a tool for informed decision-making. It is not a verdict, a guarantee, or a substitute for your own judgment.

2. Purchases and Credits

Payment. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant for the transaction. Your payment is subject to Gumroad's terms. We never see or store your payment card details.

Credits. A purchase grants you a set number of analyses (currently 100 analyses per purchase, as described at the point of sale). One analysis is consumed each time you submit content and receive a result. Credits are tied to the email address used at purchase, are non-transferable, and do not expire. The only exception is permanent discontinuation of the Service, which is addressed in Section 8.

Refunds. Second Look is a digital product with access delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access begins immediately and that this constitutes your consent to waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. If something is broken or you believe you were charged in error, email support@mojoblu.com and we'll make it right.

Pricing. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect credits you've already purchased.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Login is handled via your email — keep that inbox secure. Notify us promptly at support@mojoblu.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

One account per purchaser. Don't share, resell, or pool account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit content you do not have the legal right to submit for analysis
  • Submit content containing malware, exploits, or material designed to interfere with the Service or its AI processing (including attempts to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract the underlying prompts or models)
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or target private individuals
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, access it through automated means not provided by us, or circumvent credit limits
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with forfeiture of remaining credits in cases of material violation.

5. Submitted Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including transmission to our AI provider for analysis).

You are responsible for ensuring your submissions don't violate anyone else's rights. Analyzing a publicly available sales page for your own purchasing decision is the intended use; submitting someone's private or confidential materials is on you, not us.

6. AI-Generated Output — Important Limitations

Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. You should understand what that means:

  • Output may contain errors. AI analysis can mischaracterize content, miss tactics, flag things that aren't there, or be flat-out wrong. Treat every analysis as a starting point for your own evaluation, not a final answer.
  • Output is opinion-like commentary, not fact-finding. An analysis identifying "urgency tactics" or "social proof manipulation" is an automated interpretation of marketing language — not a factual determination about the seller, their product, or their intent, and not an accusation of wrongdoing or illegality by any person or business.
  • Output is not professional advice. Nothing the Service produces is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Decisions about what to buy, sign, or invest in are yours alone.

You agree not to represent Second Look's output as a factual finding or official determination about any person or business, or to use it as the sole basis for public accusations against a seller.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, prompts, and the Second Look™ name — is owned by MojoBlu LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

You own your analysis results for your own use. You may save, reference, and share individual analyses for personal, non-commercial purposes (with the understanding that they're AI-generated commentary, per Section 6).

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, database, AI processing, payments), and outages, maintenance, or changes by those providers may affect availability. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Service, unused credits will expire when the Service shuts down; we will make reasonable efforts to give active users with unused credits advance notice so those credits can be used before the shutdown date.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that analyses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MojoBlu LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost savings, purchase decisions made or not made, or lost data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In jurisdictions that don't allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MojoBlu LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the Service or its output.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for material violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11) survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the effective date updated above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
